Pumpkin Patches

Almond Farm

Midland Farms

Riverbend Farm

2025 Fall Festivals & Events

Cabarrus County Fair – Sep. 5-13
There’s no better way to gear up for the fall season! This year’s event features four nights of professional rodeo action, expanded agricultural showcases and discount theme nights.

Fall Festival at Almond Farm Sep. 13-Oct. 31
Visit Almond Farm in Concord for fall fun, including a farm tour via wagon ride, corn pit, pumpkin patch, farm animals, and so much more.

9th Annual CBC Oktoberfest – Sep. 26-28
This festive annual event features a weekend full of authentic German food, beer, music, and fun right here in North Carolina!

Deer Run Farm Fall Festival – Sep. 26-Oct. 31
Take part in all the family-friendly activities, including The Corn Pit Express, Harvest Hopper Bounce House, and The Big Mountain Slide and more!

6th Annual KanntoberfestSep. 27
Don’t miss this full day of fun for all ages in Downtown Kannapolis featuring drinks, food, bounce houses and face painting, and a vendor market.

Oktoberfest at Lil’ Robert’s Place Oct. 3
Put on your lederhosen or dirndls and join the fun in downtown Concord with special Oktoberfest beers on draft and live music at this local favorite hangout.

Oktoberfest at the Strain – Oct. 3-5
Indulge in special German-inspired menu items, seasonal brews, including the beloved Festbier & Märzenbier, and fun games and contests throughout the weekend.

Burgtoberfest – Oct. 5
Visit Percent Tap House in Harrisburg to celebrate Oktoberfest! A street party for the whole family, this event features beer, food, music, games, and shopping.

Fall Faire at Whiskey Prison – Oct. 4
For the first year, Southern Grace Distilleries will host their Fall Faire with free tours, food trucks, vendors and live music.

Midland Farms Fall Festival – Oct. 4 & 11
This event features fall-themed fun for the whole family, including a barnyard, photo areas, con pit, pumpkin patch, tractor-drawn hayrides, and more.

Carolina Renaissance Festival – Oct. 4-Nov. 23
Held on Saturdays and Sundays, this annual festival features an artisan marketplace and medieval entertainment.

Fall All Ford Car Show – Oct. 11
The Mustang Owner’s Museum in Concord is adding a fall twist to their classic car show with cool rides and a chili cook-off!

Fall Festival at Rocky River Vineyards – Oct. 25
From 12-6 p.m., stroll through craft vendors while you sip mulled wine or an apple cider slushy! Dance, pack a picnic or enjoy a charcuterie at Rocky River Vineyards.

Fall Fest in Downtown Kananpolis – Nov. 8
Enjoy cozy fall fun for the whole family and enjoy small business shopping opportunities with a vendor market in Downtown Kannapolis.

Howl-O-Ween at Great Wolf Lodge – Sep. 25-Oct. 31
Enjoy family-friendly Halloween-themed activities and events during your overnight stay at Great Wolf Lodge throughout the entire month of October!

Movie Night at Historic Mt. Pleasant Prison – Sep. 27
A blend of Halloween fun, local flavor, and movie night in one unforgettable location, this event kicks off with a family-friendly flick and invites brave souls to stick around for a horror movie that cranks up the chills and thrills.

Halloween Barktacular – Oct. 4
Join in on the fun at Cabarrus Brewing Company with a pet costume contest, craft brews and more in partnership with Carolina Boxer Rescue.

Boomer’s Halloween Bash – Oct. 17-18
This two-day celebration will feature family-friendly fall fun with Halloween trivia and movies, a pumpkin patch, carving contest, hayrides, a vendor market, and more.

EMS Trunk or Treat – Oct. 23
Cabarrus County EMS welcomes everyone to enjoy a variety of vehicles decorated for the season, coloring stations, a dance party and more during this free event.

After Dark: Adults-Only Halloween Party – Oct. 24
This spooky party will include a DJ, dancing, drink features and late-night bites, and a costume contest for the best of the evening!

Town of Harrisburg’s Trick or Treat in the Park – Oct. 25
Head to Harrisburg Park with your little ghouls for games, trick-or-treating, food trucks, inflatables and costumes.

Boo Bash at Dave & Buster’s – Oct. 31
Enjoy family-friendly Halloween fun with crafts, activities, and games. Plus, enter the costume contest for a chance to win free game play for a year and enjoy unlimited simulator games.

Downtown Concord Candy Crawl – Oct. 31
Get your costumes on, bring the kiddos and the candy bags, and get ready for a spooktacular afternoon of Trick-or-Treating at local shops. Plan to stick around and experience all of the area’s new offerings.

Halloween Party at Rocky River Vineyards – Oct. 31
Stop by this scenic vineyard for an adults-only Halloween Party.

Lil’ Robert’s Place Jack O’ Weenie Ball – Oct. 31
This adult Halloween party features live music, a costume contest with prizes, and a lineup of spooky draft craft beers featuring fall flavors will be on tap.

Sweet Street Trunk-or-Treat & Festival – Oct. 31
This annual trunk-or-treat and family-friendly festival in Downtown Kannapolis is celebrating 10 years and will feature live music, inflatables, games, tons of candy, an after-party concert, and more.

Fall-Themed Activities

Starting September 22, The Game Show Arena Live will debut fall-themed puzzles as part of thier hour-long game show experience on the upper level of The Bank Food Hall in Downtown Kannapolis.
